The use of α-bromomethylene phosphonate LPA (BrP-LPA), an inhibitor of ATX activity and a pan-antagonist of four LPA receptors [79,80], reduced Akt phosphorylation in irradiated endothelial cell lines and decreased the survival and migration of irradiated glioblastoma cells [81]. This evidence concerns the gene ENPP2 and glioblastoma.
