Although the calculated cutoff level of DKK-1 in our study (258.0 pg/mL) was similar to or higher than those of other cancers, such as cervical (314.13 pg/mL), endometrial (46.95 pg/mL), and gastric (31.92 pg/mL) cancers [21,32], it was much lower than the cutoff proposed for ICC in previous studies (2490 pg/mL) [15].
