Our results showed that, in vitro, resveratrol combined with cisplatin inhibits synergistically cell viability, and inhibits TGFβ1-induced cell migration and invasion (Figure 1 and Figure 2); in vivo, resveratrol enhanced tumor growth inhibition and reduced body weight loss and kidney function impairment by cisplatin in MDA231 xenografts (Figure 5).
