TP53 and lung adenocarcinoma: Wang et al. developed and validated a radiomics-based fusion-positive tumor prediction model in 61 patients with early-stage lung adenocarcinoma, which can discriminate TP53/EGFR mutations and tumor mutation burden, and yielded AUCs of 0.84 and 0.59 for identifying TP53 mutation in the training (n = 41) and test cohorts (n = 20), respectively [9].
