The hub genes with a high MCODE score were related to many functions during cell growth and receptivity establishment, including histone modification (KAT6A and KMT2D) [32,33], inhibition of endometriosis development (TNFRSF1A) [34], inhibition of inflammatory response (POM121C) [35], and regulation of epithelial–mesenchymal transition (CDH11) [36]. The gene discussed is TNFRSF1A; the disease is endometriosis.
