The CD4+T cells obtained from DLNs of tumor bearing CD4+NFAT5-KO mice following three stimulations with high salt did demonstrate a cytotoxicity (Figure 7D) of just 11 ± 4% (wild-type: 67 ± 9%; p < 0.05) on py230 breast cancer cells (E:T ratio 20:1). The gene discussed is CD4; the disease is breast cancer.
