Conversely, the enforced expression of the exogenous RGL2 gene predominantly elevated the intracellular mRNA and protein levels of RGL2 (Figure 4A) and enhanced the cellular migration ability (Figure 4B,C) compared with the control cell variants in HCT116 cells that harbored relatively lower RGL2 expression and exhibited a poorer migration ability in the detected CRC cells.
