The gene knockdown of RGL2 with three independent shRNA clones dramatically reduced RGL2 mRNA and protein levels (Figure 3D) and cellular migration ability (Figure 3E,F) compared to the control groups in HT-29 cells that express a relatively higher mRNA and protein levels of RGL2 (Figure 3B) and stronger migration ability (Figure 3C) in a panel of CRC cell lines. This evidence concerns the gene RGL2 and colorectal carcinoma.
