Consistent disproportionality emerged for all the CDK4/6 inhibitors on PE, with significantly increased reporting of DVT with abemaciclib (17; 1.98, 1.22–3.19), cerebrovascular accidents with palbociclib (248; 1.22; 1.07–1.38), and myocardial infarction with ribociclib (41; 1.82; 1.33–2.48) (Figure 1). The gene discussed is CDK4; the disease is deep vein thrombosis.
