To this end, we interrogated the mutational status of 544 known genes of the DNA repair pathway (GO_DNA_REPAIR M12606) among all breast cancer patients from The Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA) (Figure 1A) and the Molecular Taxonomy of Breast Cancer International Consortium (METABRIC) databases (Figure 1B), as a function of cyclin E gene expression.
