CYLD and leukemia: Because CYLD has a central role in inflammation, cell death, cell cycle progression, cell migration, DNA damage, and WNT signaling, CYLD loss-of-function is associated with the deregulation of NFκ-B, JNK, c-MYC, and AKT and consequent tumor development [93,95], such as melanoma, leukemias, and TETs [92,96,97].
