Kaplan-Meier analysis showed (Figure 8) that 5 of the top 10 Hub genes (FOXM1, EXO1, KIF20A, TPX2, CDC20) were significantly correlated with prognosis (p<0.01), and that the relationship between all five hub genes and the prognosis of melanoma patients was such that high expression of the gene was accompanied by low patient Prognosis. The gene discussed is KIF20A; the disease is melanoma.
