CYP1A1 and breast cancer: In subgroup analyses by ethnicity and menopausal status, a statistically significant increased BC risk was yielded in Indians (GG vs. AA: OR = 4.06, 95% CI: 1.09–15.11; GG vs. AA + AG: OR = 3.59, 95% CI: 1.09–11.80) and postmenopausal women (OR = 1.27, 95% CI: 1.07–1.50 for GG vs. AA + AG) for the CYP1A1 A2455G polymorphism.
