Our results extended previous observations of up-regulated SH3PXD2B expression in human melanoma [13] and that up-regulated Tks5, another Tks adaptor protein similar to SH3PXD2B [9], expression has prognostic potential for human melanoma, breast cancer, glioma, lung cancer, and prostate cancer [13, 17–20]. This evidence concerns the gene SH3PXD2A and breast carcinoma.
