CD24, CD44, CD31, EpCAM and CK6 were expressed significantly higher than DAXX in non-tumour tissue while CgA, synaptophysin, CD56, Ki-67, PCNA, CD45, vimentin, β-catenin, MENA, laminin, ECAD, PCAD, PDX1, CD14, CK7, CK20 and P53 had significantly lower expression levels relative to DAXX in non-tumour tissue. This evidence concerns the gene PECAM1 and neoplasm.
