The cumulative risks of CRC at the age of 70 years in male carriers of mutations in MLH1 or MSH2, MLH1, and MSH2 were 58.7% (95% CI = 29.6%–89.2%), 60.3% (95% CI = 31.1%–89.9%), and 76.7% (95% CI = 37.2%–99.0%), respectively. This evidence concerns the gene MSH2 and colorectal carcinoma.
