Triptolide, a major active component from T. wilfordii Hook F, shows antitumor effects in many cancers, such as breast cancer, pancreatic AC, and lung cancer, by suppressing cell proliferation, inducing cell apoptosis, and reversing stem-like features by regulating the HSP70, NF-κB, and p53 pathways [20, 29, 30]. Here, TP53 is linked to lung carcinoma.
