As shown in Figure 6A, the expressions of STAT3 pathway-related proteins, phosphorylated JAK2 and phosphorylated STAT3, were all significantly elevated in LSCs co-cultured with AML cell-derived EVs, while being notably reduced in LSCs co-cultured with the EVs-miR-1246 inhibitor. This evidence concerns the gene JAK2 and acute myeloid leukemia.
