ACSL4 and stroke disorder: Moreover, MCAO + ROSI mice performed better in stride length (41.36 ± 10.37 vs 55.70 ± 7.34, p ≤ 0.05; n = 6, Student’s t-test, Figure 4E) and print area (24.52 ± 3.41 vs 32.86 ± 4.31, p ≤ 0.05; n = 6, Student’s t-test, Figure 4F) of the left front limb compared with MCAO mice 72 h after stroke, indicating an improvement in gait performance attributed to the inhibition of ACSL4.
