Similarly, compared with the sham group, the MCAO group significantly increased the ACSL4 protein levels of mice (0.30 ± 0.02 vs 0.40 ± 0.02, p ≤ 0.05; n = 5, Student’s t-test, Figures 1A,B), suggesting that ACSL4 may serve as a key target after cerebral infarction.
