RHOXF1P3 and breast neoplasm: In addition, several pseudogenes have been identified repeatedly in specific cancers and supported by multiple unique peptides, such as RHOXF1P3 and MCTS2P. Our results provide evidence that pseudogene RHOXF1P3 is not only translated (identified with eight unique peptides) but also showed increased expression in a subset of breast tumors compared to normal tissues (Fig. 5).
