A moderate positive correlation between CD45RA+ and CD45RO+ cells’ distribution in IE (ρ = 0.61, p < 0.001—Fig. 5A) and in MS (ρ = 0.67, p < 0.001—Fig. 5B) and strong positive correlation between CCL20+ and CCR6+ cells’ distribution only in MS (ρ = 0.74, p < 0.001—Fig. 5C) was observed.
