In comparison to DBA, GRA12A, GRA12B, and GRA12D exhibited significant decreases in fluorescent intensity at the cyst periphery relative to the cyst interior in 7-day (Fig. 3I) and 10-day-old cysts (Fig. 3J), and this measurement revealed that these GRA12-related proteins were also prominent in the cyst interior.
