The analysis of the 50 most differentially expressed genes between control and both types of ALL confirmed previously described features such as HOXA3, HOXA9, HOXA10, and FLT3 overexpression in KMT2A-AFF122 and CD19, WNT16, and PBX1 up-regulation in TCF3-PBX1 (Figure 3C).23 Gene expression is also important to decipher the prognosis of patients.
