TP53 and neoplasm: For this reason a better understanding of the molecular interactions of these genes with the tumor microenvironment and with other genomic predictors of response is of potential clinical relevance as it may contribute to explain at least in part the sensitivity to immunotherapeutic agents, not just in MIBCs with neuroendocrine markers but also in the full spectrum of MIBCs, as all molecular subtypes have different proportions of co-alterations in TP53 and RB1.
