IDH1 and glioblastoma: IDH1 phosphosites p.Y135 and p.Y139 co-clustered with p.R132H, which is highly recurrent in brain tumors (73.6% of LGG and 6.1% of glioblastoma multiforme [GBM]), as well as p.R132C implicated in several cancer types (17.1% of cholangiocarcinoma [CHOL], 4.3% of acute myeloid leukemia [LAML], 3.4% of LGG, and 3.2% of skin cutaneous melanoma [SKCM]).
