HLA-A and neoplasm: Because somatic mutations in tumor antigens frequently do not result in the generation of neoepitopes suitable for generation of TCRs for ATT therapy, we applied spliced peptide prediction algorithms to identify neo-splicetopes with HLA-A*02:01 binding affinity predicted to be generated from the mutant tumor antigens KRASG12V and RAC2P29L and used those for TCR generation.
