Only IgA positivity to E. coli protein Ag43 (OR: 1.55; 95% CI: 1.08, 2.21) and IgG positivity to ETBF toxin BFT-1 (OR: 1.80; 95% CI: 1.06, 3.04) were significantly associated with higher odds of developing CRC. This evidence concerns the gene CD79A and colorectal carcinoma.
