Casadei et al. proposed that miR-25-3p and miR-92a-3p secreted by liposarcoma cells favored the secretion of pro-inflammatory cytokine IL6 from TAMs in a TLR7/8-dependent manner, which in turn promoted liposarcoma cell proliferation, invasion, and metastasis (95). The gene discussed is IL6; the disease is liposarcoma.
