We then evaluated whether CSRNP mRNA levels affected the prognosis of ccRCC, and found that high mRNA levels of CSRNP1 (HR: 0.60, P = 0.001) and CSRNP3 (HR: 0.55, P < 0.001) were significantly correlated with favorable OS (Figures 1G, I). Here, CSRNP1 is linked to nonpapillary renal cell carcinoma.
