MAPT and tauopathy: Considering the biomarker 95% data ranges of each cluster (Figure 2C), clusters 3–6 corresponded to low Aβ42/Aβ40 values and high values of p-tau and t-tau, which, according to the A/T/(N) criteria (Jack et al., 2018), correspond to the presence of amyloidosis, tauopathy and tau-related neurodegeneration, respectively.
