Nevertheless, for patients with oncogenic driver (e.g., EGFR, ALK, and ROS1) positive NS-NSCLC whose disease progressed on prior targeted therapy, or patients with oncogenic driver negative NS-NSCLC who cannot tolerate immunotherapy, platinum-based chemotherapy with or without bevacizumab (a monoclonal antibody against vascular endothelial growth factor [VEGF]) remains the recommended first-line or subsequent therapy.
