In this study, Kep (Q5, Q10) was positively correlated with P-Akt, and Kep (energy) was negatively correlated with P-Akt, indicating that the quantile and energy of Kep can reflect the expression of P-Akt by evaluate the heterogeneity and microvascular permeability of lung cancer tissues. The gene discussed is PCSK1N; the disease is lung cancer.
