Firstly, we observed that the incidence of liver cancer in all the DMBA groups was relatively high, and the incidence of liver cancer in wild-type (WT), NLP+/− and NLP−/− mice were 31.25% (15/48), 48.98% (24/49) and 54.55% (24/44), respectively. The gene discussed is NINL; the disease is liver cancer.
