Additionally, CPT1A was also effective in differentiating patients with breast cancer from patients with benign breast disease (Fig. 4b, right; AUC, 0.781; 95% CI, 0.717–0.846), and in differentiating TNBC patients from healthy controls (Fig. 4c, right; AUC, 0.945; 95% CI, 0.891–0.998), in the test set.
