First, transduction of a human glioblastoma cell line with each of two shGliPR1s (sh#301 and sh#258) via a lentiviral “all-in-one” TetOn vector enabled establishment of glioma cell clones exhibiting stringent doxycycline-dependent knockdown of GliPR1 gene and protein expression. This evidence concerns the gene GLIPR1 and central nervous system cancer.
