For TCGA dataset, TP53 and BRAF mutations were significantly associated with lymph node metastasis (p = 0.00025 and 0.00398, respectively) and higher overall stage (p = 0.00016 and p = 0.00195, respectively), which are consistent with our cohort. Here, TP53 is linked to metastatic malignant neoplasm in the lymph nodes.
