In summary, we found that moderate COVID-19 patients with more clinical symptoms, elevated platelet count, CRP and LDH, lower albumin at admission and higher body temperature during hospitalization had a high probability of longer hospital stay; severely ill patients having a history of respiratory disease, higher NLR, creatinine, LDH, and PT, lower platelet count at admission, and higher body temperature during hospitalization had a higher risk for disease progression. This evidence concerns the gene F2 and COVID-19.
