Multiple linear regression analysis adjusted for age, sex, body mass index, diabetes mellitus, and hypertension revealed that FABP3 was positively associated with hs-CRP (β = 0.246, p < 0.0001), WBC count (β = 0.394, p < 0.0001), visfatin (β = 0.213, p = 0.044), adiponectin (β = 0.360, p < 0.0001), FABP4 (β = 0.705, p < 0.0001), heart rate (β = 0.283, p < 0.0001), QTc interval (β = 0.256, p < 0.0001), LAD (β = 0.183, p = 0.011), LVMI (β = 0.151, p = 0.048), end-systolic volume (β = 0.161, p = 0.024), and end-systolic volume index (β = 0.168, p = 0.022).
