In order to further clarify the relationship between alternative splicing of METTL14/Cyclin L2 and the clinical prognosis of pancreatic cancer patients, we performed PCR and evaluated the percent spliced in index (PSI) of METTL14△exon10 and CyclinL2△exon6.3 in 52 pairs PDAC samples. The gene discussed is CCNL2; the disease is familial pancreatic carcinoma.
