Patients with HR−/HER2+ status were likely to have larger tumors (P = 0.007) and patients with HER2-negative breast cancer presented with fewer lymph node metastases, while HER2-positive tumors tended to have > 9 lymph node metastases (P < 0.001). The gene discussed is ERBB2; the disease is metastatic malignant neoplasm in the lymph nodes.
