We found that CCL11 siRNA-treated RA FLS showed decreased migration toward 5% FBS compared with control siRNA-treated cells (mean ± SEM, number of cells per field; 40.0 ± 3.6 and 60.0 ± 5.6, respectively, p < 0.05, Fig. 5C). This evidence concerns the gene CCL11 and rheumatoid arthritis.
