After stimulation with the standard antigens applied for the diagnosis of bovine tuberculosis by IGRA, PPDb, and PPDa, a distinctive IFN-γ response (S-N ≥0.1) was observed in whole blood supernatants of the majority of MAH and MAP-inoculated goats, while the control animals had a minimal response (Figure 4).
