ARRP-16/19 proteins have become the focus of many studies in the past few years as a result of their discovery as potent inhibitors of PP2A (Gharbi-Ayachi et al., 2010; Mochida et al., 2010), and their role in several cancer types such as HCC (Song et al., 2014), human glioma (Jiang et al., 2016), and AML (Mäkelä et al., 2019).
