Previous studies have pointed out that CXCL5 was closely related to the invasion and progression of lung cancer (Saintigny et al., 2013), and EIF2S1 could activate autophagy and promote the occurrence of tumors (Dey et al., 2013), so it was reasonable to conjecture that GNPNAT1 might play a synergistic role with these co-expression genes in promoting tumor proliferation. Here, EIF2S1 is linked to lung cancer.
