To determine the effect of 3-DSC on TOPK signaling in the context of skin cancer, we incubated SK-MEL2 and A375 cells over the concentration of 3-DSC ranging between 0 and 20 μM for 2 h before harvesting cell lysates to measure the protein level of TOPK and its downstream effectors by western blot. The gene discussed is PBK; the disease is skin cancer.
