The top 20 biological process (BP) concerning the significantly enriched GO terms showed that these DEGs were primarily involved in the processes of nuclear division, positive regulation of cell cycle and DNA replication as well as cell cycle G1/S phase transition (Figure 12E), suggesting that GINS4 potentially facilitates HCC growth and proliferation through accelerating G1/S phase transition. Here, GINS4 is linked to hepatocellular carcinoma.
