Furthermore, the results of RT-PCR showed that HOXA11-AS was down-regulated, while miR-124-3p was up-regulated in the PD+si-HOXA11-AS group (compared with PD+si-NC group) (P <0.05, Figure 6H, 6I), proving that knocking down HOXA11-AS mitigated the PD devolvement and inflammation in mice. This evidence concerns the gene HOXA11 and Parkinson disease.
