Regarding KIF20A, it was reported to be overexpressed in various tumors such as bladder cancer, cervical cancer, glioma, lung adenocarcinoma, ovarian clear cell carcinoma, colorectal cancer, liver cancer, prostate cancer, gastric cancer, etc., and often indicates a poor prognosis and poor clinicopathological features [19–28].
