Then, we selected 12 inflammation-related genes (Table 1) for cluster analysis and KEGG Pathway enrichment analysis from the 356 down-regulated genes (Figure 4) and found that these differential genes mainly concentrated on the “Cytokine–Cytokine receptor interaction,” “IL-17 signaling pathway,” “Th17 cell differentiation,” and “Chemokine signaling pathway.” Given that the pathogenesis of psoriasis is closely related to the IL23/Th17 axis, we focused on the IL-17 signaling pathway. This evidence concerns the gene IL17A and psoriasis.
