Figures 3(a)–3(c) suggest that highly expressed TRIM47 exhibited a significant association with shorter OS in GBM (P = 0.0012, Figure 3(a)), LGG (P = 0.042, Figure 3(b)), and glioma (P = 0.0017, Figure 3(c)) patients, indicating that TRIM47 might be a potential biomarker for the poor OS of glioma patient no matter in LGG or GBM. This evidence concerns the gene TRIM47 and glioblastoma.
