The results revealed that TRIM47 was an oncogene in most tumors like cholangiocarcinoma (CHOL), esophageal carcinoma (ESCA), liver hepatocellular carcinoma (LIHC), and lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), but it was a tumor-suppressor gene in kidney chromophobe (KICH) and prostate adenocarcinoma (PRAD). This evidence concerns the gene TRIM47 and prostate adenocarcinoma.
