Comparison of CCN3 mRNA levels among different types of cancer tissues and their adjacent normal tissues revealed that CCN3 expression was significantly upregulated in two types of cancer [ovarian serous cystadenocarcinoma (OV) and PAAD] and significantly downregulated in six types of cancer [ACC, BRCA, CESC, LGG, testicular germ cell tumors (TGCT), and thyroid carcinoma (THCA)]. This evidence concerns the gene CCN3 and cervical squamous cell carcinoma.
